War has been one of the most significant event in human’s evolution and history as it causes human, nation, government and even religion being colonized, conquered and influenced. In war, winning or losing is influenced by several important factors such as human, leadership, strategy, experience, weapons and techniques. Managing a group of soldiers which composes of a group of people with different kind of attitudes obviously is a challenging task.

A leader will not succeed managing his people without full support and cooperation from his subordinates. Thus, the concept of team work seems to be very important and shall be emphasized even in corporate world.
In actual war, the real potential and ability of a team and individual will be reflected as soldiers are facing with tough fight, struggling for one’s own survival and defending own country, religion, properties and lives. It’s all about winning or losing and between life and death. Hence, the same spirit shall be cultivated in all of corporate players. We would like to give the opportunity to the participants from government and corporate organizations to experience and exposed to the said war.
Although in corporate world we are using our physical strength and weapons as in real war, the scenario is almost the same. In other words, even if we were equipped with the most sophisticated weapon or in nowadays’ context is technology. Without a proper strategy, good workers (H.E.B.A.T) and team work, all would be useless and one would fail in his battle. Therefore, a good management strategy is critically required. A good management strategy referred to is QCD (Quality,Cost,Delivery). Literally it may be simply defined than understood by most individuals in one organization
