War has been one of the most significant event in human’s evolution and history as it causes human, nation, government and even religion being colonized, conquered and influenced. In war, winning or losing is influenced by several important factors such as human, leadership, strategy, experience, weapons and techniques. Managing a group of soldiers which composes of a group of people with different kind of attitudes obviously is a challenging task.
A leader will not succeed managing his people without full support and cooperation from his subordinates. Thus, the concept of team work seems to be very important and shall be emphasized even in corporate world.
In actual war, the real potential and ability of a team and individual will be reflected as soldiers are facing with tough fight, struggling for one’s own survival and defending own country, religion, properties and lives.
